Join Girls on the Run SoleMates, our charity running program.
We are a team of male and female athletes who pursue individual goals to raise money for Girls on the Run South Hampton Roads.

Our 10 week Half-Marathon Training Program begins on January 2, and our 8 week 8K Training Program will begin on January 16th.  Our goals will be the Shamrock Sports Fest Anthem Half Marathon and TowneBank 8K on March 17 and 18. 

There will be two scheduled group runs per week:  Wednesdays at 5:30pm meeting at Running Etc. in Norfolk and Saturday at 7:00am meeting in the skate park parking lot at Mt. Trashmore in Virgnia Beach.  These group runs are not mandatory, but are a great way to stay motivated, getting first hand training pointers, and improve your pace.  *If you would like to train for the Shamrock Marathon a customized 12 week training plan can be created for you and would begin December 19.  Please contact us for more information*


As part of the program, you will receive the following:
