Our 10 week Half-Marathon Training Program begins on January 2, and our 8 week 8K Training Program will begin on January 16th.  Our goals will be the Shamrock Sports Fest Anthem Half Marathon and TowneBank 8K on March 17 and 18.  There will be two scheduled group runs per week:  Wednesdays at 5:30pm meeting at Running Etc. Want to get involved? We need running buddies!! A Running Buddy runs, walks, skips or hops with a GOTR girl at the Santa Claus Shuffle 5K on December 10, 2011 in Portsmouth, VA. That means keeping pace with the girl, ensuring her safety, and cheering her on!  For more information click here.

Join our solemates adult charity running team to raise money for Girls on the Run South Hampton Roads!! Training sessions start October 12. We will be providing group training Wednesday evenings (5:30pm) and Saturday mornings (7:00am) until the Surf n Santa on December 3.
